Living or Undead
- Usi
- Sitefnut's familiar; hyena who showed up with a collar around his neck. Also known as Rememberer.
- Isu
- Sitefnut's other familiar; a clone of Usi, with the important difference that she's female. Is also Rememberer.
- Sekath
- Old druid with a pronounced limp; has a history of being helpful.
- Rameses II
- Pharaoh of Egypt. Evidently owes Raam a favor.
- Stongen
- Dwarf master metalworker. Was a ghost that the travelers defeated and brought back to life. Legend holds that his return will mean freedom for the Unas.
- Plinth
- Pepy's former name.
- Alalunas
- Pepy's Unas name.
- Menes
- Rumored to be the pharaoh who is raising all the rest.
- Wesley
- Hapless gnome who works for Khafre. The travelers elected not to kill him when they discovered him.
- Xeres
- One of the most beautiful women in the world; was the wife of Menes and Pepy's lover. Discovered in Zoser's tomb. Pepy was forced to kill her, and he has mixed feelings about her being alive again.
- Rosetta
- Xeres and Pepy's infant daughter.
- Peribsen
- Old, powerful undead; seeks to balance the scales of his life by freeing the Unas. Has helped the travelers in the past.
- The First Prime
- Rameses II's second in command. Currently reports to Raam.
- Tetikare
- Djinn; was a player character. Had the chance to go home and took it.
- Ka
- Djinn; ran into Tetikare in Heliopolis and requested to join her. Went home when she did.
- Eldritch
- Old priestess of Hathor, retired from service. Was under the control of Mentuhotep.
- Senit
- Sitefnut's firstborn daughter, Mayet's mother. Was held hostage by Ay.
- Bahnet
- Unas with a bad heart; has a pacemaker keeping him alive. With it, he was able to avoid being raised as an undead.
- Gabel
- Copper dragon who's done the travelers a favor or two.
- Nafrini
- Sitefnut's other daughter. Resides in Gebelein.
- Amun
- Formerly Horemheb's wife. Was brought back to life by Terik; her gratitude appears to be quite...physical.
- Horemheb
- Former pharaoh who had a grudge against Ay.
- Imhotep
- Fragment of a god who's evidently lodged in Sitefnut's head.
- Nitiger
- Former pharaoh assigned to destroy the Council of the Crocodile.
- Menkaure
- Former Pharaoh assigned to track down and kill Peribsen, and destroy all the Unas.
Deceased
- Ahmose
- Undead pharaoh who was posing as the High Priest of Ra at Luxor.
- Huni
- Undead pharaoh who was, we discovered, a vampire while he was ruling.
- Zoser
- Undead pharaoh; was woken by Wesley. Was evidently reincarnated as Xeres' and Pepy's son.
- Soren
- Sitefnut's husband, Mayet's grandfather. Died about twenty years ago in an assumed crocodile attack.
- Khafre
- Undead pharaoh who sent Wesley to free Zoser. Was up to something in Pi-Rameses; not certian what yet.
- Artereus
- Man who was building an army of undead Unas. Raam executed him after a bit of trouble.
- Gadiel/Sesostris
- Undead pharaoh who was busy cleaning out the pharaoh's artifact collection.
- Ay
- An undead pharaoh known as a soulseeker; Usi's former master. Was stalking the travelers. Attempted to lodge himself in Sitefnut's head, where he was summarily killed by Imhotep.
- Kashmiri
- Random undead guy who posed as Mentuhotep.
- Mentuhotep
- Undead pharaoh who was resident in the copper pyramid at Tkarr. Was guarding the portal to the elemental planes.
